Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and spare links are included to avoid restocking fees.
Shipping and Tracking
Ship the package using a tracked and insured service to our UK workshop; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is processed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
