What exactly is a 'Modded Watch'?
A modded watch is a custom-built timepiece that uses high-quality aftermarket parts—such as unique dials, hands, and bezels—often powered by reliable Seiko movements to create a bespoke aesthetic not found in standard retail models.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our watches are hand-assembled to order, please allow 5-10 business days for build time. Once shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, delivery within the UK typically takes 1-2 business days.
Are your watches water resistant?
Yes, all our builds are fitted with high-quality gaskets and are tested for water resistance up to 50 meters, making them suitable for everyday wear and light swimming.
Do you offer a warranty on custom builds?
Absolutely. We provide a 12-month mechanical warranty on all our watches, covering the internal movement and assembly defects to give you total peace of mind.
Can I request a specific custom design?
We love bespoke projects! If you have a specific vision or a particular colorway in mind, please contact our team via the 'Custom Request' page to start your personalized build.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused watches in their original packaging. Please note that fully bespoke 'one-off' commissions may be subject to different terms which will be disclosed during the design process.
